These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the online shop at A Little Wild Farm. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is submitted.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of a pricing error, inventory issue, payment problem, or other circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped from Alberta, Canada. Available Canada Post shipping services, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we cannot control carrier delays once a parcel has been shipped, we will do our best to assist if there is a problem with your delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order information.

Local Pickup

When local pickup is available and selected at checkout, pickup details will be provided once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

Intellectual Property

The books, illustrations, photographs, written content, branding, and other original material sold or displayed through A Little Wild Farm are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a book does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use its contents.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our shop, policies, or services. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
