Returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of books and the small scale of our shop, all book sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Shipping & delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your tracked package appears to be lost in transit or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us and we’ll help you determine the next steps with the carrier.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
